I recently met with James Nicholls founder of Halcyon Auctions at their offices in Mascot to have a pre-preview of the historic and classic vehicles going under the hammer on the 26th October at The Royal Automobile Club of Australia, on Macquarie Street, Sydney. There was some aircraft noise in the background – something you can’t avoid, being so close to the airport!
Seventeen vehicles of differing ages will go under the hammer – with some absolute rarities from the UK, Germany and even the Czech Republic. In between are some stunning examples of European luxury and sports. Alongside the vehicles are five pieces of memorabilia.
